We have a bunch of FSC5350DN that ask for an id code as soon as the menu button is pressed. I have tried the default which is 3000 and that doesn't work.
I talked to a helpful chap from the Kyocera tech support who emailed me an exe file that resets the printer to default. I linked the laptop to the printer via usb and ran the exe but it didn't work.
Further email reply's suggested I use the remote interface via a network connection. How can I connect if the printers keypad is locked and therefore cannot find out its IP address?
