It means "Drum unit non- installing error."
Just push the drum unit back in. It may have wiggled away from its connector.

This is usually an ID-10-T error. When attempting to change the toner, the customer removes the waste bottle and pulls on the drum latch. Not enough to remove the drum, but enough to unseat the EEPROM connector.

Remove the toner/developing unit assy, open left door, remove waste bottle, reseat the drum unit. Reinstall the other stuff, power Off/On. Of the "7410;0064380". "7410" is the code, and "0064380" is the copy count. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
