KM 1530 dirty copy at the back of the paper

Hi i would like to seek help about the machine KM1530. The problem occurs every time the machine is turned on then if you make the first copy, the front side of the paper is okay but the back side of the paper has a dirty background. The succeeding copies are clean on both sides. I have tried to replace another transfer roller assembly still the problem appears. I also tried to perform the program mode U130. Are there some adjustments to be made or some actions to be perform? Attached here are sample copies with dirty copy (backside of the paper)

please check if there is no defective developing unit seal. it may be possible that toner spill with a deflective seal. or is this done in duplex?

There's probably a faint gray background on the drum. As the machine starts up, the main motor runs for a while which drops all that toner onto the transfer. You can duplicate this by running the main motor in U030 for 30 seconds and then run a few copies.

If you haven't recently rebuilt the imaging unit, try replacing the developer and drum. You could also try playing with U101 dev bias and U100 main charge. Just record your original settings in case something goes awry.
