I have a CS-3530 with an internal finisher, when I change the output paper source to the finisher tray it cuts off about 1/2" of the image on the leading edge of the paper, when I change the output paper soure back to the inner tray of the machine the image is just fine. Please help. Thanks.

I totally agree... The image is printed and fused to the paper before it exits the machine no matter were it exits, however once you make the output change in the printer settings, the machine now knows in advance were that print job is going to exit. Does this effect registration? Or am I way off base?? The trays all check out fine, and no matter what, it's pulling from the same tray every time, how can it pull from the same try and be fine on one exit tray and not the other???Comment
