In this photocopier there is in the back part a band that feeds toner and can be damaged

      hi,
the gear can be damaged which turns the toner.

but first of all, check if the customer uses the right toner.
in the past I had several cases, and toner seems the same but was for the printer version or 3050 models.

thanks for the reply, i've already check the belt or the band and the gears but they were okey, i tested the solenoids via service mode but for toner it doesnt respond. I'm waiting for my tech to do it today.
thank you so much for your help, get in touch after my tech do it.

Like taskalfaman says, check to make sure that the right type of cartridge is installed. Falcon I, Falcon II, and Falcon III toner cartridges all appear to be identical, but have different drive couplers, that means that they won't drive properly in the wrong machine. In the same way Copystar cartridges that look identical, are not interchangeable with Kyocera Mita toner cartridges. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
