KM 4530 Machine Error

I went out to this copier for misfeeding. After clearing each time aI would make a run 10 copies or more the next run would start and then the copier would stop making copies yet motors still running then on the display would come Machine error turn copier off/on. I unplugged the copier then plugged it back in and did not have the problem again. I've never known a Mita copier to have a error without some code. Any thoughts???

See if this is your problem

Check behind cassette three and Four, look at the switches for the lifter plates and make sure that they are not sheared off. I have seen shorts when their sheared cause unexplained jamming.
