I have a brand new DF-760 on a 250ci that is jamming in the finisher when stapling 11x8.5.
The problem is there is a little white plastic piece that is supposed to tap the top of the paper in the finisher middle holding tray to make sure that the pages are all together when it staples and that stacker piece is over driving by an inch or so and causing the paper to not lay flat which end up causing a jam usually when it trys to exit and it also messes up the stapling since the paper is not laying flat in there.
The weird thing is that 11x17 and if I turn the paper to 8.5x11 works fine just like it is supposed to! It seems like it would be a firmware issue but we just updated it not to long ago but also when I checked it, it shows that the 3000DF Main is at: 3LT_9200.006.003 and the 3000DF Middle is at 3LT_9600.007.002
but when I look on KMA connect it shows that the latest level that came out 5/24/10 for the Middle is 3LT_9600.006.001 ? Has anyone else had this problem or any ideas?
Thanks!
