Taskalfa 300ci fax error for received

    [Error Code] Taskalfa 300ci fax error for received

    Hi all,

    I experience some problem with Taskalfa 300ci machine when receiving faxes an error U01195 ,U01143 & U01193 I cannot find a brief discription about these errors and which action I must take.
    This machine has the lastest firmware 9.01 update.

    Any idea how to solve this issue?

          U001195: Fax Communication Error: Reception in G3 mode was interrupted by a signal error. Not defined in the manual.
          U001143: Fax Communication Error: Reception in G3 mode was interrupted by a signal error. A DCN signal was received after transmission of an FTT signal.
          U001193: Fax Communication Error: Reception in G3 mode was interrupted by a signal error. Not defined in the manual.

          These are the kind of reception errors one might get with poor line conditions. My first advice is to have the customer contact their telephone provider, to diagnose the line conditions problem. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
