I'm thinking that you mean the web and cleaning rollers. Those are the two maintenance parts referred to by that counter.

The fuser removes easily enough. Remove the lower fuser inlet guide (one screw, then it swivels up on the bushings and comes off). There is a metal locking bracket that must be removed from a recess below the edge of the front drawer cover. The web is accessible by removing the top cover, then the web holder (4 screws). The cleaning roller can be accessed by removing the two screws that mount the cleaning roller holder (the lower exit guide is mounted to the cleaning roller holder).

The reset is simple. from the Copy screen, 10871087, 909, Start, 0, Start, Clear, Clear, 001, Start. Also check that simulation 194 is set to Count: 66, Turns: 3. There have been quite a few changes in the recommended values for the web usage, but 60 to 66 works best to keep the upper fuser roller clean, but requires that the web be replaced before 500k prints.

It sounds like you may need a tech to help you out with this task. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I really hope that you replaced the parts, and didn't just clear out the maintenance message. =^..^=

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.
