hi ! my customer received fax from overseas show UO1160 and UO1195 in this model.When received fax from local is fine and the setting for this forward to pc. Any solution is welcome. THANKs

There is no UO1160. U01160 looks like a "line conditions" error:
Fax Communication Error: Reception in G3 mode was interrupted by a signal error. During message reception transmission time exceeded the maximum transmission time per line.
There is no listing for UO1195 or U01195. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
