    Taskalfa Data light flashing

    Hi
    Just installed 1 x taskalfa 400ci, and a 250ci, on the same site, the 400ci's data light seesm to flash continoulsy, but no the 250ci. Both machines are working fine, any ideas

          If you've ever watched that indicator LED, it blinks whenever the processor is active. That includes booting up, upgrading firmware, receiving print jobs and facsimile, making changes to the web interface, etc. Perhaps the network it is on has more network traffic than the other?

          Personally I wouldn't worry so much about it blinking often. I would worry about it never blinking. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              I'm not worried as everyting is fine, its the customer thats querying it.
