    KM2550 transfer unit replacement

I have read the service manual, but there must be an easier way to replace the transfer unit than what the book shows. Is there a trick, or does the duplex, PF section really have to come apart?
I know I should be ashamed of myself. Strangely though, I am not.

sorry, they are a pain to swap. i know the duplex has to be removed (if installed). i dont remember the PF being involved. been awhile. i just looked it up. i think all i did was drop the door down (didnt remove it) basically all you are doing is gaining access to the screws in the back side of the transfer roller. it may be easier to remove all those sections, but i didnt and all went well.

Thanks, I was hoping I missed something. Seems like they could have done a little better on that design.
