    FS-c5016n self check/ please wait

    Looking for some help. I'm working on a FS-c5016n. Call was for copy quality. Removed everything to clean printer, reinstalled all. Powered up, printer went thru 1st self check w/ the ........... 2nd self check the printer will not finish self check. I hav also notice once the printer will stay @ PLEASE WAIT. could someone please help me out.

      Try reloading the latest firmware.

          Try re-seating the DIMM on the Main Board, and re-flashing the firmware.
