    LPR Jar utility

    can i i use LPR Jar utility to update frimware?

    No. Depending on the model of MFP you'll use either a compact flash card or a USB memory stick. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Still, no. You'll use a CF card. No utility required in this case.

          thanks but what particullar CF i well use and,where i put the CF card i have,or i well use adapter of CF card? pls help me step by step to do

            make sure its about a 128k compact flash card...
            install the firmware on the card...
            make sure the take off the right cover of the copier...
            turn off and plug out the copier...
            seat the card in the board
            then follow the steps in your manual

            I do this stuff on the weekends too
