So what is the problem? Have you downloaded the utility? Have you composed the command? Have you written the command into a Notepad file? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You have two possible choices for the command:
!R! ACNT "REST";EXIT;
to reset the admin password, or
!R! EGRE;EXIT;
to reset the engine (everything).
Download the LPR Jar utility to your PC.
Network your PC to the desired printer via crossover cable.
Write the desired command inside a Notepad or Wordpad file, name it, and save it.
Double-click the utility to open it.
Enter the IP address of the recipient printer.
Browse to the Notepad file with the command.
"Send"
The utility will run from a USB stick. If you have access to a PC that is already networked to the printer, you can just insert the USB stick and run the utility. Some of my larger customers have Java commands blocked across the network. In this case I have to connect directly via crossover cable to my PC. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
