This is great Frits! I'll roll it into my reference.

Is this list specific to a particular model? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

This is the same list, just Excel format instead of PDF.
Since the Falcon III and Stratos are both also Wysecore machines, it only makes sense that the list would be the same.

Thanks again. This fills in a lot of gaps in my reference. =^..^=

"CF246 Process Manager: SYS_PRCM_ERR_FACTOR_DEV_PRC_DOWN (Device process down)" Upgrade firmware above v. 3.06.

I sure hope your running something closer 9.01. Other codes in this range are print driver and print emulation related. I think I'd get that firmware to 9.01, get the driver up to v. 5.1.1405, then if you're still having trouble try some of your emulation options. =^..^=

yeah, i'm running 9.01 on it. i got on site and it had flipped a c0640 code. i reflashed firmware, upon restart the f246 came back. got into mm and ran 917 and 021. system came up. i ran 917 to put address book back on, the f246 came back. powered off/on, on restart got a f375 (which i cant find either). powered off again, hung up in restart screen. tech support said to remove fax and reflash. removed fax and reflashed, got the c0640 code again, ran 024 per sm. system came up. re-entered ip address, restarted and system hung up. thats where i left it yesterday afternoon. any ideas?

Replace CODE DIMM or Main PWB, then flash.

                      I can't help you with the CF375. I don't even have a reasonable guess. =^..^=
