Any fixes for noisy fans on km 4035

I have been noticing that these fans are starting to get noisy... other than just replace them is there anyway to fix the noise created by these fans when they get old...

I don't know about old fans, but plenty of new fans make vibration noises on Kyocera products. On a couple of 2560 machines I epoxied the op panel fan to the plastic duct. On later machines I have wrapped the perimeter of the fan in black tape to make it fit snuggier in the duct. Many of these fans have no screws, just snap fit, and loosely at that.

On a machine as old as a KM4035, it's probably just the bearings going, and yes, replace. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If you're cheap you can try cleaning the bearings and shafts with alcohol and then applying a little fuser oil/silicon oil. This is usually only a temporary fix, but it should buy you some time at the very least.
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.
