    [Misc] taskalfa 300ci

    hai,
    i am having 10 taskalfa 300ci machines in one location, all are working fine. recently the customers are complainting the machine printing speed is too slow compared to before.... i peersonally checked it also... its true... if u are making 5 set of copies first set will come as a normal speed, but the second will take toooooooooomuch time to print, the same problem in printing also....
    out of 10 machines 3 machines are working fine, no problem found till now, but i am scared , may be it will be come....

    its a busy office , customers are keep on lodging the same complaint, i am not able to do anything...
    anybody can help me on this issue please

      Does formatting the hard drive help at all? Also, make sure your firmware is up to date.

          Ditto. You might also change the image memory DIMM.
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Had a similar problem with our showroom machine, updated the firmware, problem solved.
