[Misc] Job Accounting From MAC 10.6

Trying to print to a TASKalpha 500ci using job accounting on a MAC 10.6. To turn on you have to go into the app and check the box and put a code in but the box has a line through it. Unable to print with job accounting.

We have seen this in the driver for Fiery Controllers. If you ar printing from a 64bit application, try to open it in 32 bit mode and print.

      Account Codes with MAC
After you have installed the printer on the MAC
      Open any document to print
      Select the Kyocera
Click on the arrow to the right of where it shows Copies & Pages
      Select Job Accounting
      Check the Job Accounting box
      Enter the Account code

You can check lock these settings if they never use a different code.
      Hope that helps !

The job accounting box has a red slash through it. I think it is because the apps we are trying to print from are 64 bit apps. I can print using the job accounting from the 32 bit apps but not the 64 bit.
