[Error Code] Kyocera Mita VI30 - Code 03

    Hello there, guys and girls.

I don't have much experience with Kyocera Mita material, but now I'm being asked about this situation here - a code 03 on a VI30.

Can someone elucidate me on what is this error about?

Additionaly, if anyone has the manuals for this one, I'm willing to trade.

    Cheers!

This is not a popular model in the US. It cross references to a Kyocera Mita MIP650 here. I found a picture of it on retrevo, and some cartrdges, and not much else. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks. I looked everywhere and couldn't find anything on this model neither on this particular code - of course, something like "code 03" is a little bit vague.

03 (or 003) should be a fixing problem.

Thanks. I checked the fuser and it is heating, so I should assume something is wrong with the fixing sensors.

Going to check it and I'll leave some feedback as soon as I do.

I'm sorry, my boss just called me after reading this thread and corrected me - the error the machine's giving is 05 (and not 03).

So if someone can push us in the right direction...
