    KM-5035 light copy problem.

    Hello friends,
    I am a newbie here. Please help me out.

    I have KM-5035 running over 3,00,000 copies. It gives very light copy in 1-sided mode. In 2-sided mode, front side is too light and backside is absolutely ok.

    How can I resolve this issue? Please help.

      It sounds like a transfer issue.

      First try some fresh paper to confirm that it isn't just moist paper. Next examine the transfer roller, bushings, and springs to make sure the transfer roller is held in it's proper place and making a good connection. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
