Anybody had to resolve jam code 89 coming from the booklet finisher. The one I have is only jamming on 8 1/2 x 11 paper.. 11x17 runs just fine so it makes it confusing. That code relates to the entrance sensor on the booklet finisher. It looks like it's trying to cram the paper down into it like the motor isn't stopping.
