This is the newest incarnation of the Stratos (CS-2560, CS-3060). They seem to run great.

I've replaced a few primary charge units, and if it get ignored too long the whole drum unit, before maintenance.
The early production machines had trouble with transfer rollers falling out when the door is opened, but that was resolved a while ago.

Most of my machines are low volume, and I hardly ever see them.
There have been a dozen firmware updates (they seem to come out once a month), but there haven't been any fatal flaws. The firmware updates via CF card, and I've had very few firmware loading failures.

If all my machines were like this model I'd be very happy. =^..^=

Oops! You said CS-300ci. Different machine, but same advice. Great machine. Haven't needed to do much service. You shouldn't have any problems. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

At this moment no serious problems. I was a bit sceptical at first, but until now these machines run very good!

Seem to run well enough, tend to go through a lot of calibrating which can annoy some customers, firmware can be done with usb on control panel, has ironed out some copy quality issues,,no major issues though...
