    Taskalfa 300ci error C7101 & C7102

    Hi all,

Two day ago the yellow toner cartrigde empty it has been replace than the yellow bar of the indicator in the display remain the same. Than I decided to install another yellow toner cartridge the display indicate full but the first copies came dirty out. After that error C7101 appear on the display than I turn it off wait 10 seconds turn it on again C7102 appear on my screen Than I decided to removed the rear cover to measure the fuse on the developer motors all of the are measure near 0 ohm. After that i removed all the developer units & drum I turn the developer clock wise to see if they moving smoothly they are ok. Today I turn the machine on the errors codes has not been appear on the display I test the machine out make some copies the paper output are dirty with background & spots after some test the error codes appear again. I want to make sure which part is defective because I don't think the black & cyan can be defective at the same time.

Please i need your help reply me.

Any Idea how to solve this issue this machine is 11 month old with 76000 printouts.

What readings are you showing in U131? Look for differences greater than 25 points.

Black and cyan developer can be bad at the same time. If the overtoning is extreme it can overload the developer motors. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Motors most likely culprit. Have had to replace many, both cleaning and dlp. Dlp units go bad as well frequently, had two fail within a week of installing MK-865B.

This Parts & Service manual can now be purchased for $11.77 and downloaded immediately after payment from The Internet's largest collection of manuals

            Hi,
Open the cover under the DLP (2 screws) and take out the toner sensor. If your are a lucky guy, you will see something like part of paper, it's the toner sensor cleaner. you will see his place on the worm. So stick it and your problem will be solved.
            Regards.
