    [Misc] Kyocera service bullitens

Is there a good way to search Kyocera website for specific service bullitens? For example I was looking for a bulliten about a PF750. I used the bulliten page, the Q A page, the helpdesk page all for naught..Then by chance I saw one here on this forum . It was called SB-8543. How do you find these on their website..??? Can you search by SB per model??

You'll usually get the best results if you search the desired model in QA. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

sometimes it's also a play on words type thing. depending on what "keyword" you use depends on how many hits you get within the knowledgebase area. For example: if you had an error of C6050, you may get different amounts of hits depending on if you used keyword C6050, C-6050, C 6050. Same with jam codes for the keywords: J53, J 53, J-53. Therefore, sometimes try different versions of keywords and you'll have more results. Good Luck.

PF750 comes up as a selection under the Bulletin section with "Accessories | Paper Handling" menu selected.... but there's no document listed to click on...

Go to Tech Resources, Help Desk, Search Q & A Database, Type in search bar PF-750 do not forget the dash. This should pull up all kinds of service bulletins.
