[Misc] Cant access advanced tap in command center

Just what the title says, its really weird, its on a 420i from the computers we can enter the command center just fine but the advanced tab comes up completely blank(white page) luckily i was able to get into the advanced tab by using the web browser on the machine so its all set up, just wondering if anyone has seen this and what may cause it.

Ooohh! Good suggestion. Many of the older Kyocera web pages do not work properly with Firefox. IE only. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It was with IE, not sure that it would matter because every other page in the command center would open and could be changed just fine, only the advanced tap would not load up.

I've only had Firefox issues with the NS-30.

I think I've seen this before, but I don't remember what fixed it. I'd try redoing firmware and maybe format the hard drive U024.

alright thanks, firmware was reloaded at the time but we did not reformat the hard drive.

Had this a few times with people running the full internet security package of Kaspersky, its strange it only blocks the advanced tab, the anti viris only version is fine.

              Hope this helps

Also try giong to the Security Tab and under Internet Options add the IP as a Trusted web site. Remember to remove the check mark for https.

ive had the same issues with konica machines and IE8. Certain tabs wouldnt load and others would just lock up the browser. Always use firefox or opera now and alls well
