TASKalfa 181 - tighted paper to separation roller

    Dears,
in last time I have a lots of questions about this issue.
The paper is very nice tighted around transter roller. The jams appear on single print jobs.
Have you got any similar experience.
I could not find the reason.

    Thaks for advices.

Could you try to re-phrase your comments? I am confused by your use of "tighted". Perhaps you mean "wrapped"?

So paper is wrapping onto the transfer roller? If yes, the first thing is to make sure that the roller is clean, and does not have anything sticky on it. Since you are limited to water or glass cleaner as your only choice of solvents, it might be best to replace the transfer unit. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sorry for my description. In my origin language We have the same word for tight and wrap.
We tried to changed transfer roller for new one. The same story - JAMS.
Then we installed old TR from KM-1650. The machine run OK with it.

Unfortunately this is not only one case. Our big customer has about five machines with this problem around whole country.

I'm sorry I can't give you more specific advice. It is extremely uncommon to get jams like you describe on this model. =^..^=
