Transmit receive error (0x3101) Kyocera 4050

Hi all

I am receiving "Transmit receive error (0x3101)" when our copier tries to send an email with the counter info to us.

Could somebody tell me if this is an authentication error?

Oddly enough it works fine with our exchange 2003 server but on exchange 2007 we get this message?

Have I done something wrong or need to do something more for exchange 2007?

It's a server response error. Do search on here for trusted relay & server 2008 exchange errors.
