Hi! can someone sent me the procedure to reset the (c6050) code please?

I'm not familiar with utax machines and i dont know how to do it

The fuser reset is the same as most Kyoceras: enter 10871087 to get into maintenance mode; then run sim U163.

C6050 is "Abnormally low fixing unit thermistor temperature"

thank''s for the replay aragul but can you tell me how exactly to get in to the maintenance mode? just strike the code?As i mention above i'm not familiar with that branch of the machines.I mostly work with "xerox" machines.

Yeah, just type the code in. It should work when the machine shows the c6050 error.
