Can anyone tell me if a kyocera 400ci can, after a broadcast of numerous fax numbers has been started, allow a user to scan and email a document without interrupting the faxes or delaying the email? Sorry if this thread is in the wrong area, new poster here.

The scan jobs go into a queue, just like print jobs do. Just a few seconds after the first set of originals is scanned, you can continue scanning to other destinations. The jobs will clear the queue in the same order that they came in, FIFO. An interesting piece of trivia here is that if you scan 20 separate one page fax jobs to memory, the machine is smart enough to send all the jobs to the same fax destination in a single transaction, and they do not have to be consecutively in the queue.
You can monitor the progress of any particular scan/print/copy job from the Status monitor button on the panel. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
