I have a CS-3035 giving me a C0610. Everytime I reseat the dimm it resets the error and I can copy and print. This dimm is on the main board. If I power down the copier and turn back on I get the C0610 code again. I am hoping the problem is just the dimm and not the main pcb. I also updated the firmware. Has anybody had this issue before, and also can I get a dimm from a cheaper source or do I have to use a dimm from Kyocera for the main board dimm.

The DIMM is the most likely cause.
As a rule I don't have any problem with using the generic memory. I haven't had any problems specific to generic memory. But the machine probably won't boot or update firmware without some sort of engine firmware on the DIMM, so I don't think you'll be able to use the generic DIMM in this specific case. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
