The laser closest to front of machine #27 in parts diagram is PN: 302HN93100, the rear laser, #26 in parts diagram is PN: 302HN93090

There are two laser diodes writing one drum each, and one mirror motor, in each laser assembly. Each laser assembly writes two drums, thusly two laser assemblies: LK-560A and LK-560B.

          You'll want
          (1) 302HN93090 LK-560A
          (1) 302HN93100 LK-560B
unless you can narrow down which one is the problem.

The numbers you see in the parts manual are based on print speed (5100/5200/5300), and the same laser assemblies are used across the board (110v/120v/220v/240v). I'm assuming that UK is 220v (it doesn't matter anyway)?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
