    LDAP over SSL 4050

I am wondering if anyone has come across this same issue. The network I am installing the 4050 on has about 12 other Kyocera 520's running LDAP over SSL. The 4050 is there beside a taskalfa 620 specifically to provide an LDAP library larger than 100 addresses (didn't realize that the 620 would only support 100 addresses using the LDAP). Anyways... the entire LDAP library can be used over SSL on all of the 520's but not the 4050. We don't want to create a "hole" in the network for this one machine that won't use LDAP over SSL. Any Ideas ?

Look in Command Center under Basic>Device Security>Network Security and make sure the appropriate settings are Unblocked. Also look under Advanced>Secure Protocols and make sure the SSL settings are correct.
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

Jules is correct. From what I've been told, enabling SSL under secure protocols enables it for all protocols. I assume LDAP is included, but I'm not sure.
      Hope that helps !

There is a separate setting to block/unblock LDAP by itself under Network Security. Had a similar issue a while back except with HTTPS.
