    salve volevo sapere come si fa l'aggiornamento su queste macchine, e qual'e' la versione di firmware che si deve usare dato che ho macchine nuove mi danno problemi di immagine con sfondo magenta, la kyocera ha detto di fare l'aggiornamento.grazie xper l'aiuto

    KMAConnect). Just double-click the machine firmware file to unpack it.
    Copy all the machine files to the root directory of a 256MB USB memory drive.
    Turn Off the power at the operation panel.
    Turn Off the power at the main power switch.
    Insert USB memory drive into the MFP.
    Turn On the power at the main power switch.
    Do not interrupt the firmware update before "Completed" is displayed (~45 minutes).
    Read each line to confirm that each piece of firmware is "Completed" or "Unchanged". Note any "Failed" designations.
    If successful, turn Off power at main power switch.
    Insert the USB memory drive into your computer. Delete the files from the USB memory drive.
    Just double-click the option firmware file to unpack it.
    Copy all the option files to the root directory of a 256MB USB memory drive.
    Insert USB memory drive into the MFP.
    Turn On the power at the main power switch.
    Do not interrupt the firmware update before "Completed" is displayed (~15 minutes).
    Read each line to confirm that each piece of firmware is "Completed" or "Unchanged". Note any "Failed" designations.
    If successful, turn Off power at main power switch.
    Turn On power.
    Perform color calibration.
