    c620 on a Copystar cs-1510

    I did some work and left the fuser lamp unplugged when turned this machine back on and got a c620 code. now it wont reset. tried the door, the side door and everything else. What am I missing or did I cook the main board.:whistle:

    You need to run sim U163 to reset fixing heater problems. Press and hold stop, start, and left exposure key in that order. Release and press stop again. Use zoom keys to enter 163, press start. Exit the mode by entering 001 and start, or power off/on.

      Thanks, I saw the maintenance mode in the manual but never made the connection to the error code in my brain.

        All the new Kyocera Mita copiers use a simulation to reset fuser codes.
