    Kyocera FS-C2126MFP

    I installed two FS-C2126MFP by a customer but the U252 is missing in the service mode.
    We are locate in the caribbean we use A4 paper not letter size.as destination we use always Europe standart and not US letter size.
    The Taskalfa 500ci series or KM-2810/2810 has that feature in the service mode U252, you can change the destination. but the FS-C2126MFP does not have that code.
    When receiving faxes only the machine is asking for insert letter paper in MP.
    By printing a document paper feed from the paper cassette that's ok.
    The customer does not like it because normally paper must feed from the paper cassette.
    I tried to change the setting to A4 from paper cassette still not working properly.

      I'm not sure this is what you want, but check Simulation U600, select destination 253: CNT21 (for European Nations). =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
