[Misc] Fs-1128 mfp copier Scanner?

Hello,My fellow Kyocera technicians I have just installed a Fs-1128 mfp copier. I was able to install printer functions and everything works except the scanner. For some reason the scanner will not work, Can you help me. this sounds crazy but ever since Kyocera the only thing that I have a problem with is with the scanner installation. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have used the manual to install this and scansoft Driver but it still does not work.

did u configure the Kyocera Twain Driver?
go to Start>Programs>Kyocera>Twain Driver Settings.
Add FS-1118MFP

are you trying to scan to email or folder?

Sounds like you may be a little "green" at setting up scanning. We need a little more info before we can help you though.
