    Stopping when toner at 10%

    HI

I have a customer with a Taskalfa 552ci, that said that all print jobs where being cued up when the toner level got to 10% (2 colours), they have since replace the toners, so it's difficult for me to say anything. I have not seen this before, any ideas?
    Cheers

Check sim U136 toner near end detection (default setting is 3 (0-9)). A lower number means a shorter interval from near end to empty. A higher number means a longer interval from near end to empty.

Keep in mind that endusers often get their facts incorrect in small & large ways. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

That was the first thing I thought. There's probably something going on that they're not telling you about. Perhaps they were too impatient to wait for the machine to finish cycling before they just replaced the toner cartridges.
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.
