The customer added the correct toner, supposedly.
I was told that I was the third to give an estimate on this problem. During the course
of looking for the problem I removed the DV unit and turned the gears to check for
binding. It felt like it had a slight bind but turned easy after the first try.
Put it back in and it made copies.
The next day,(I hate the next day problems) the customer told me it was still
having the problem but they would free it up and make copy. At least till it
stopped altogether. They also mentioned that the Ikon rep downloaded new firmware.
For some reason they think he downloaded the wrong firmware, I guess because
they think he downloaded the firmware for the 4060i. They probably read their
invoice. But they also think the "i" means it was made by Ikon.
I am not yet familiar with this model and I am in need of the manuals.
Could someone tell me: What does the "i" mean? I think it is an indicator that
this model can go on the internet.
What can I look for on the toner cartridge to make sure it is the correct toner?
Any comments?

PS
Even something funny, I need a good chuckle.
