This is bad advice, Don't do this! U020 is an All Memory clear and will wipe your machine.

My advice is to purchase the manual, read it, then run the correct simulations, like the rest of us.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

KM5050...... You need to go to the STATUS page first before going to Service Mode (10871087).

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do Sim 20 or Sim 21, this will Erase ALL your DATA. This is a Mono-Component Machine, There is no Developer, so the Count is for Developer Unit, Once the Drum adn Developer Unit have been replaced, the count will be reset

Running U130 will reset the developer count for you. If you replace the drum after 400k, the machine is smart enough to reset the drum counter. If it's less than 400k, it won't reset the drum counter, but I don't think it has any side effects.
