Quality problem as a result of data tranmission issue? I can't catch that lol. Would u be monitoring this account for updates?

Oh, yes. This is one of those endusers that saves every print that that has a spot on it. I have no doubt that they will keep me informed.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Re: Doesn't everybody love sunsets?

quick question, just found something somewhere in KMA regarding 4 channel printing.

Its a option under print driver with the ICM profiles(?). KM/CS reports that RGB and 3 channel is mainly for Microsoft software and 4 channel is for Adobe product to minimize color conversion...

Was this option attempted at this sunset call? It'd be awesome if it shows marginal difference.

edit: RGB/3channel/4channel is only available with KPDL.

I don't recall seeing that option, but I literally tried every button option in the driver. Where would it have appeared? =^..^=

DOH! Old voyagers dont have this option, 250ci and onwards do.

Printing Preferences > Imaging > Graphics > CMYK processing. (below CIE)
