    [Electrical] abnormal behavior of bypass

i gave a 2-side mode from bypass and i wanted 3 sets of originals.

The problem occurs in all type of paper size i.e A5,A4,A3,folio e.t.c
    result:-
--1st set of copy was ok.

--2nd set was not ok i.e paper was printed on both with same content .To elaborate one side content was printed on both side of paper.

--Paper jamming occured in 3rd set.

    Note:
--This happens only for more than 2 sets i.e. when we want only 2 sets of original then it works fine..

--Also for more than 2 sets there is no problem when done using any casette tray but problem occurs only from bypass

    Any help is greatly appreciated....

Interesting! What model? What version of the firmware?
    =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I agree with black cat, what is the model of the unit and have u flashed up the firmware on this particular unit. Sounds like a firmware issue.
