[Misc] Kyocera KM-4035 marking pages printed and faxed with a thick black line.

The black line appears on all pages. I would tend to believe it would be the toner or something wrong with the drum. I could be totally wrong.
I need some expert advice. Thanks.

    So let's narrow it down.
Does the line appear on internal prints, like the counter page or status page? If yes, it's a print engine problem. If no, it's a scanner problem. It could be either, equal odds.

Copies don't help define the problem, since you're using both the scanner and the print engine to make a copy. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
