    [Misc] Working paper Feeder (trolley) working in one KM 4035 and not working in another KM

    Working paper Feeder (trolley) working properly in one KM 4035 and not working in another KM 4035
    Both have same voltage input (220 V).
    The error message is C2600 and it gives paper tray is out of order.

    Any help is appreciated.

      Did you look up C2600 in the service manual? What does it say? How did you try to fix it? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  ok..i saw manual but could not get help.i will see for connectors..

                      Agree with CT, also it cold be a bad or damaged Wire Harness, also, just for Giggles, try Upgrading the firmware, they Kyo Tech Support asks that every time, so Might as well try that before calling them LOL
