Well it seems 3LJ02280 didn't come in for some reason, boss says it was just duplicate?
I misread the service bulletin - they didn't revise the slit glass, the service part is just a "sheet" of
thin plastic that you place ON the left side of the slit glass. Interesting. Hope it works.

      So nothing worked...
I installed the Bulletin "fix" sheet piece - same issue of multiple vertical streaks
The only thing that even came close to remedying was setting U068 to -3, the streaks
are just less on that setting. Tried the "line correction" setting as well - no change.
It seems "Color Selection" setting in Function menu is missing?
I tried changing "Auto Color" correction to 1, no change as well.

Fixed - Coworker spotted some fine goop on the slit glass.
Kicking myself in the rear now.

Always, Always, Always the first thing to check for lines is the slit glass. I like to use alcohol wipes as they will remove small ink spots that are hard to see.

I always tell my customers to rub the slit glass with their thumb a few times, then use alcohol. Sometimes the goo gets a bit stubborn about removal.

Didn't think about getting alcohol wipes - will stock up now. AND rub the glass with my finger.
I cleaned the slit glass with "super blue" before, I'm still asking myself how it didn't remove it when
coworker used just a dry paper towel.
              Thank you, guys
