KM4050 False add paper from PF750

I have a KM4050 that gives a false add paper from the one tray PF750 LCT. Trays raise ok, and sensors ok, plastic tabs not broken off feed assy.

Any ideas?

We wound up putting the cork pad used for the seperation pad on the ADF for the 2560 series in the tray so it actually raised the arm a little higher when the tray got to the top.
