    PF-75 ISSUE

i have a KM4035 with a PF75 under it. the right side cassette will not acknowledge paper is there. i can run the left side dry and it will not pick up the right side. if i put paper just in the right side, it states "add paper". i have replaced the paper empty sensor, checked all wiring back to the board and reset the board.

i have moved sensors (led type) around and no change. i have checked voltage (or tried to), as pin 13 and 14 are pulse (apparently either i dont know what i'm doing or the meter wont pick it up).

    any ideas/suggestions?

    How about a U906 partial reset? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sounds to me like a job for "The General"!

You know who I mean. The guy with more antennas on his car than a radio station?

You might check the spring loaded couplers that drive the lift. I vaguely remember something about twisting lift motor shafts, and couplers that don't return. =^..^=
