    Color problem Taskalfa 250ci

    Hello,
I have a color problem when I print A4 with some foto
in F/R. In a band on the left side of the paper the tint is different.
I put some red line were is the problem.
This from Acrobat X Pro and other program (Word).
    What could be?

Take a look at the U089. gray test patterns in all four base colors. Which color (CMYK) shows the problem?

I would start with cleaning the optics and doing a color calibration. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Thanks for your answer
I don't see problem in gray patterns in all four colors (just some small dots). Calibration ok.
Sometimes in the left side of the white paper there is a slight magenta haze, high as the photo,
as if it were a continuation of the photo.

If you've got the original electronic document, I'd download Colorpic. With Colorpic you can get numerical RGB or CMYK readings from specific areas of the original, to determine of the color difference is happening in the electronic original. If yes, it's out of your hands. =^..^=

Have you seen the orginal document? have you noticed that the colors' difference is quite evident, there are two parts. I've been printing for the last three weeks about 1000 similar pages (I mean pages with two photos) with different photos, and the problem comes often. I cleaned optics, I did calibration, color registration. No change. In the file I attached now, is very difficult but you see a magenta haze between the two red line. The same thing in the picture above. Even this is often. Thank you for you attention, you are very helpful.
