    KM 3050 -blank copies

I have a kyocera km 3050 with blank copies , engineer before me fitted a reg clutch and after 20 copies ,started producing blank sheets.
When you stop copies at drum there is no image on drum surface.
swapped over dev unit ,drum unit and charge corona from another 3050 still no joy ,there are no error codes and the machine is feeding normally.
i have stripped down hvu assy and checked connections to main engine board.
wondered if anyone has had a engine board cause blank copies.

    Thanks

Take a look at the spring loaded drum drive coupler on the drum unit. The coupler can start to bind up on the drum shaft and not return properly. The resulting effect is loss of drum ground. A few drops of light oil will free up the coupler. Don't use conductive grease. The resistance of the grease will cause light bands crossfeed through your copies and prints.

There have been some problems with transfer bushings, but you said that there was no latent image, so it's not a transfer problem. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
