Yeah. I've seen this around 1M prints. The bronze bushing on the inner side of the main drive back will oval out, and the gear inside will start to wobble and skip. If you've made it to 1M, I'd replace the main drive and PF drive assemblies, plus the waste toner drive clutch. When you examine the parts you'll find some extreme wear.

As a temporary measure, you can replace or rotate the inner bushing 180 degrees, so you're wearing on a different side of the bushing.
I've changed a lot of these developer drive clutches, and I was quite surprised when the shaft & gear fell right out of the clutch pack upon disassembly. That had never happened before. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You can change the bushing without the total gear pack removal and disassembly. The shaft looked bad too, tapered to a point.

If you do disassemble the gear pack, replace the two stage gear Z54L/Z26L (302FZ31401) that drives the color developing units. The couple dollars for the gear is insignificant compared to the 3 to 4 hours labor time, and it will strip eventually.

oh crap, there's one more thing I forgot, it was printing 256 gradation in blank. I was able to get couple going before 7101 shows up.

sry for the confusion, this is the full problem

7101, clutch still turns but sl..ipp..s (observed this by watching the coupler while the KDLP was out, u30 motor test), prints blank when its able. swapped KDLP, no help

          u131 on auto, (140, 140) on k
          u131 on manual no adjustment(looking from auto), (140, 0) on k

            Yup.
            That's the symptoms I've seen.
I've seen a couple black developing drive clutches begin to slip, causing the same symptoms (less the stuttering). =^..^=
